Pay Rate: $25.56/hr. minimum 

Shift: Graveyard (Overnight)

PURPOSE

Maintain and repair Ticket Redemption Machines (TRM’s ATM), Cash/Coining Handling equipment, and other equipment, as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Perform Corrective Maintenance of Everi Kiosk (Ticketing & ATM functions), Pay complete recyclers & Passport Jackpot dispensers, which includes all hardware and electronics.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance on Everi Kiosks, Pay Complete recyclers & Passport Jackpot dispensers, as well as, other cash service equipment, which includes Cummins Coin Counters.
• Repair and maintain Kiosk Door Locks, Stacker box, and Currency Cassette Locks.
• Assist and resolve Guests ATM and ticketing disputes.
• Daily monitoring of Xchange Explorer, ASAI & Pay Complete for inventory and dispense errors. Pull reports as needed.
• Perform assigned full drops on Kiosks, OTB Kiosks, Sportsbook Kiosks, & Jackpot dispense unis & emergency drops on Kiosks & Jackpot dispensers. 
• Perform daily coin & note fills on Cash recyclers when needed.
• Prepare all reports and paperwork accurately.
• Perform all tasks with little or no Supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:  

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). 
• Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position. 

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to lift 90 pounds.

PREFERRED

Education and Experience:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Six months of recent experience as a Kiosk (Everi, NRT or Cummins), slot or ATM technician or related experience.
• Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
