The Madonna Inn is seeking a cake assembler for its high volume bakery. Some experience required. Duties include cutting, filling, frosting, and topping cakes, making pie fillings and prepping pie dough, making custards, pudding, and whipped cream from scratch, etc. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. This is a full time position, shifts are generally 4am - 12noon.
