Key Responsibilities

• Create and decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other bakery items according to customer specifications.
• Prepare icing, fondant, and other decor while ensuring quality and freshness.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory for bake decorations and communicate ordering needs.
• Collaborate with other bakery staff to meet production goals and showcase delightful offerings.
• Keep current with trends in cake design to enhance product offerings.

• Experience in cake decorating or a related field is a must.
• Strong artistic and creative skills for effective design.
• Understanding of baking principles and food safety standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks.
