Key Responsibilities:

Creative Execution: Ice, decorate, package, and label a wide variety of cakes and pastries for both refrigerated and non-refrigerated displays.

Order Management: Accurately fill custom guest orders, ensuring every detail matches their vision.

Department Support: Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers and slicers, while keeping a spotless and organized workspace.

Team Collaboration: Work independently to hit production goals while helping to train fellow associates and maintaining department standards.

Service Excellence: Provide warm, professional service to guests and teammates alike, even while multitasking behind the counter.

What We're Looking For:

Artistic Talent: A keen eye for design, color, and detail in cake decoration.

Precision & Organization: The ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions from the Bakery Manager with total accuracy.

Multitasking Pros: Individuals who can manage a decorating schedule while pausing to provide friendly assistance to our guests.

Technical Safety: Proficiency and care when operating potentially hazardous equipment like mixers, slicers, and ovens.
