Job Summary:
The Calendar Administrator's primary responsibility is calendar management, which is maintaining and coordinating usage schedules via our calendar software (currently Momentus/VenueOps) for all AT&T Performing Arts Center venues and all Center events taking place off-campus. The Calendar Administrator supports the programming department's day-to-day operations, including expenses, reconciliations, financial tracking and reporting, and coordinating department activities. They will assist with contract and payment tracking for Center Presents, Broadway, Rentals, and other special projects as assigned.
This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized team player with excellent interpersonal skills who works seamlessly and efficiently with AT&T Performing Arts Center staff and with end users of the facilities. Essential skills include thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining high professionalism. Must be a self-starter and work autonomously using independent judgment. A positive attitude towards the position and the Center’s Core Values is imperative.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is a full-time, non-exempt position, paying an hourly rate of $19-$21/hour.
