Job Summary:
LACO Technologies is seeking a full-time Calibration Lab Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide detail-oriented and proactive support for our accredited A2LA calibration lab. You will manage the end-to-end process of customer equipment orders from receipt to their return to our customers. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of orders, coordinating internal production activities, and maintaining excellent communication with customers regarding their orders, payments, and any required updates or repairs.
