The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n\n$44,400.00 - $66,600.00\n\nPurpose Statement: To contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of Plexus products by skillfully performing assigned tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Through continuous learning and collaboration, I strive to optimize processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ultimately support Plexus\u0027s commitment to exceeding customer expectations.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer\u0027s requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.\n * Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.\n * Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements \u0026 Specifications as it applies to their role.\n * Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus\u0027 Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.\n * Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.\n * \n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * A minimum of a One (1) year completed of an Associate\u0027s degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science.\n * One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.\n * An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications: \n\n * N/A\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements: \n\n * N/A\n\n\n\nTravel Requirements: \n\n * N/A\n\n\n\nThis document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform.\n
