Call By Call Manager

• Lead team through process and procedure daily
• Align operations to execute against daily strategy
• Drive the service and sales process to achieve daily budget
• Ensure Daily KPIs are achieved
• Set policies and processes
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee training of new employees
• Use and provide reporting to make data driven decisions

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar executive role
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000 per year (DOE)
