We are looking for a customer-oriented Call Center Advocate to work Monday- Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm and every other Saturday 8:00 to 4:00 pm. This is NOT a remote position. Our Call Center Advocate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Call Center Advocate's can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they do not have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
Even with limited experience We will train the right person for our team!
Call Center Advocate Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Call Center Advocate Skill Requirements
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic computer knowledge
- Accuracy with data entry
- High school degree
- Valid Drivers License
