Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving client inquiries efficiently and professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally


• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies


• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively


• Document customer interactions and update account information in the system


• Handle billing questions and process payments as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• Ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software


• Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult or upset customers
