Job Description :We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services. T

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience as a call center agent or customer service representative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
