Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Call Center Agent

Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care Center is recruiting a full time Call Center Agent to join our growing Dermatology group in Boardman, OH. Advanced Dermatology is a partner of Optima Dermatology. 

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and handling a high volume of calls


• Data entry


• Scheduling appointments


• Work with provider schedules


• Dispatch calls as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have strong computer skills


• Familiarity with insurances, preferred
