A large client supporting legal services is seeking inbound call center agents to support a temporary project in Dublin for a first shift schedule. Must have experience handling inbound calls in a call center or similar environment handling high volume inbound calls.

Shift: 9:00 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST M-F

Training Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST M-F

Responsibilities

The Client's Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.

The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.

Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as needed to appropriate resources.

Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.

Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team

Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately

Other projects as assigned by supervisor.
