Randstad is hiring for a very exciting opportunity where you will be a part of a dynamic team and supporting customers in a call center enviornment. A criminal background check that goes back to the age of 18 years old is required via fingerprint

Please note shifts start as early as 5am-12pm (you select the best times!) You will be required to work a weekend day. No time off is allowed during the first 7 weeks of training!

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Shift start times are from 5am - 12pm & working a weekend day is required

You will work as a Customer Service Rep with the company's Consumer Lending department and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.

Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances

Inbound Call Center: 60-80 calls per day

Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
