M-TH 10:30AM-7:00PM, F 9:00AM-5:30PM.

Call Center Agent Job Summary:

The Call Center Agent schedules patients for diagnostic procedures at contracted radiology facilities. The agent answers inbound calls and makes outbound calls as necessary to ensure the patient receives his/her services promptly.

Call Center Agent Responsibility:

Answer incoming calls from claim adjusters, patients, facilities, referring providers etc.
Work directly with Claim Adjusters providing concierge service to top tier clients.
Follow Special Account Instructions delivering superior service to all client partners.
Meet and exceed aggressive service level commitments.
Complete pending patients call list assigned daily.
Document each patient file accurately with details of the scheduling encounter and update all parties.
Ensure appropriate scheduling documents are forwarded to radiology facilities.
Use problem solving skills when faced with difficult situations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year inbound/outbound Call Center experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience with PIP/WC precertification preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of ACD phones
Problem Solving skills
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to adapt to new and changing situations
Ability to think under pressure and act accordingly
Ability to work independently or as part of a group
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
