Position: Call Center Agent Location: Doral, FL Pay Rate: $19 per hour Duration: Up to 6 months Shifts: First and second shift available

As a Call Center Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, handling inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve their concerns, and ensure a seamless experience that exceeds their expectations.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.

Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate information or assistance.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.

Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure complete satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex inquiries or escalate issues as necessary.

Maintain a positive attitude and uphold our company's values in every interaction.

What We're Looking For:
