Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents ASAP. This role is critical to our operations, providing an opportunity to engage directly with our customers and deliver exceptional service.

Salary Range: $39.500 - $50.500 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools
