We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, understanding of insurance products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, processing claims, and providing information about our insurance policies. Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, providing accurate information and resolving customer issues.

Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, policy details, and benefits.

Assist customers with filing claims, provide status updates, and guide them through the claims process.

Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image

Accurately input customer information, policy details, and claim data into the company's database.
