Call Center Agent 

• Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Compensation: $20+/hr
• Location: Florham Park, NJ -
  • *position can be in office, hybrid, or remote.
• Experience: 1-2 years * must have at least 1 year experience

Call Center Agent Job Summary:

The Call Center Agent schedules patients for diagnostic procedures at contracted radiology facilities. The agent answers inbound calls and makes outbound calls as necessary to ensure the patient receives his/her services promptly.

Call Center Agent Responsibility:

• Answer incoming calls from claim adjusters, patients, facilities, referring providers etc.
• Work directly with Claim Adjusters providing concierge service to top tier clients.
• Follow Special Account Instructions delivering superior service to all client partners.
• Meet and exceed aggressive service level commitments.
• Complete pending patients call list assigned daily.
• Document each patient file accurately with details of the scheduling encounter and update all parties.
• Ensure appropriate scheduling documents are forwarded to radiology facilities.
• Use problem solving skills when faced with difficult situations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year inbound/outbound Call Center experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience with PIP/WC precertification preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of ACD phones
• Problem Solving skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to adapt to new and changing situations
• Ability to think under pressure and act accordingly
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
