Randstad is currently seeking experienced Outbound Call Center Representatives. Join a great company as a Call Center Agent in Millersville, MD! Full-time role, $17/hr, fun environment! Handle calls, emails, and texts. Must have 1 yr customer service exp.Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a self-motivated attitude, the ability to work well in a team and individually and basic computer skills and the ability to pass a background screening.This role will start soon- 5/20!

salary: $16 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 12 PM - 8 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.

Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to describe our products and services.

Qualify leads and set up in-home sales consultations.

Perform data entry and use CRM systems effectively.
