Call Center Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service while facilitating appointments, and addressing any inquiries regarding our diverse range of services and products. Your goal will be to ensure every customer interaction is positive and solution-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls, assisting customers with information on services and products.
• Support customers by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and providing product explanations.
• Accurately enter customer information and ensure appointments are set effectively.
• Resolve customer issues by leveraging problem-solving abilities and product knowledge.

Working Conditions:

• Typical office or call center environment.
• Light physical effort, including handling objects up to 10 pounds.
• Use of a personal computer, telephone, fax, and copy machines.

• Must pass a successful background check.
• Practice professional phone etiquette.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Meet all key performance indicator standards.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Flexibility in work days and hours is essential as our call center operates seven days a week.

• Competitive pay range between $16.00-$17.00 per hour
