The position requires strong problem\u2011solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer\u2011first mindset.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Educate and assist customers with account\u2011related billing questions, concerns, and requests\n\n * Research and analyze customer inquiries, taking appropriate action to fully resolve billing issues in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols\n\n * Promote positive customer relationships while maintaining high standards of ethics, quality, and professionalism\n\n * Provide application and navigational support for customer\u2011facing technologies\n\n * Guide customers through the problem\u2011solving process in a clear and supportive manner\n\n * Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate next level of support when necessary\n\n * Provide accurate information related to first\u2011level business requirements\n\n * Document all customer interactions by entering thorough and accurate account notes in accordance with Account Note Maintenance Guidelines\n\n * Share customer feedback and suggestions with the appropriate internal teams\n\n\n\n\nWork Location\n\nThis position is based onsite at: \n2 N. LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL (Downtown Chicago)\n\n* * *\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center and/or customer service environment\n\n * Minimum of 3 years of experience meeting contact center performance metrics, including availability, call handling, and quality assurance\n\n * High school diploma or GED required\n\n * Language requirement: Fluent in English\n\n\n\n\n \nWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $30,990 \u2013 $52,750. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate\u2019s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
