As a Call Center Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone calls, emails, and live chats. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers promptly and courteously.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer service database.

Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and technical support.

Qualifications:
