Call Center Representative Job in San Diego, CA
LHH is working with a reputable national organization to identify a talented Customer Service Representative to support their local call center. This position is responsible for answering a high-volume of inbound phone calls while providing top-notch customer service. This is a fast-paced work environment where training moves quickly, but there is a strong team of managers ready to support along the way!
The position is temporary to direct hire and will pay $18 per hour. Upon conversion to permanent, there is a significant pay increase and very competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls averaging 80-90+ per day
- Speaking with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Gathering customer information and verifying data within internal system
- Gaining an understand of the reason for the call and accurately documenting call notes
- Forwarding call notes to proper department for required follow up
- Managing multiple department calendars and scheduling appointments
- Providing administrative support and follow up as needed
Qualifications:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Strong typing and technical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours
Monday – Friday
Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
