Call Center Customer Service Representative - Unlimited Growth Potential

Job Summary:
This is a temporary position for an enrolment specialist, on-site in Des Plaines, IL, $23.22/hour that needs to be filled immediately. A majority of the work will be answering questions on the telephone. Timing is 10 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday or 25 hours/week. Background check required.

Deliver comprehensive general information regarding all aspects of college procedures, programs, and services that pertain to the enrollment process. Provide excellent customer service in a visible, high impact manner that directly influence enrollment goals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general information about enrollment process via telephone, electronic communication channels or in-person.
- Offer general information related to enrollment services functions that support admission, registration, and payment activities.
- Identify and report technical issues, troubleshoot technical issues, and refer to IT Help Desk as needed.

-Greet and welcome visitors to the Enrollment Center with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

Experience:
-Minimum Associate's degree required
-Two years of call center based customer service experience is required. Higher education experience is preferred.

Skills:

-Demonstrated ability and desire to work and interact directly in an academic environment with a strong dedication to customer service, problem solving, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer service technologies and willingness to learn, with preferred experience with the TargetX CRM, Banner, OnBase, and Google Suite.
