Call Center Customer Service & Sales

Our College Park area client is currently seeking qualified Customer Service Sales representatives for an inbound call center. This position offers both part-time and full-time flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

Qualifications:

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening comprehension abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Stellar customer service aptitude
Job Types and Compensation:

The position offers both full-time and part-time options with a competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour. $15.50 if bilingual Spanish speaking

Schedule and Education Requirements:

Various shift options are available, including:

10-hour
12-hour
4-hour,
8-hour
evening
overnight
holiday
weekend shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent educational background.

Work Location:

This position requires in-person work at our designated location.
