Call Center Inside Sales Agent

Imagine talking to both new and existing T-Mobile customers every day,

introducing them to the absolute best products and services T-Mobile has to offer!

In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team working through a blended call

queue. But here's the exciting part: you'll primarily receive inbound calls, so the

customers are eager to hear from you! And even when you do make an outbound

call, it's not your typical cold call. These are hot leads, folks who simply need a

friendly reminder or an update, like changing their card number. It's all about

helping customers and making their T-Mobile experience top-notch!

TMO Telesales offers the highest paid commission program we've ever had.

The program training is for 4 -weeks which is 2 weeks of training and 2 weeks of

nesting.

This will be a Friday - Monday 4pm to 3am production schedule. (4 10-hour shifts)

• Previous experience in sales or call center environment is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is what we value the most!
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere over the phone.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; you should be able to articulate messages clearly and effectively.
• A self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving goals and driving results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Team-oriented mindset that encourages cooperation and sharing of best practices.
