We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

As a Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in building relationships with customers and driving sales success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions.
• Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively promote our services and drive sales.
• Accurately processing customer orders and providing exceptional follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer experience and sales strategies.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while handling challenges that arise.

• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Previous call center experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and manage data efficiently.
• You are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences and resolving issues.
• A vibrant personality coupled with high energy and enthusiasm is what we’re looking for!
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule
