Call Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager for our (Merrillville, IN "office physically in Hobart, conveniently located near Valparaiso and the Illinois border" ) . The ideal candidate will have strong computer and communication skills, proven management experience, and a background in customer service. You should be able to handle conflict resolution effectively and be available to work evenings and weekends. Join our team to lead a dedicated call center team while ensuring exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, schedule, and confirm appointments

  • Recruit, train, and manage Call Center Representatives

  • Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound calls

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts

  • Manage and organize sales representatives’ schedules

  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven management experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Excellent computer and communication skills

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
