What You’ll Do
Oversee daily call center operations
Manage incoming service calls and ensure timely job assignment and completion
Lead, coach, and support operations personnel
Prepare reports, operational metrics, and performance tracking data
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation procedures
Foster a professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented call center environment
Minimum Qualifications Required
Experience leading high-volume call centers or dispatch teams
Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams
Strong decision-making and customer service abilities
