We’re on the hunt for a fearless, driven Call Center Marketing Manager ready to lead from the front. If you know how to build a high-energy marketing call team, hit aggressive goals, and crush KPIs — we need YOU.

You Will:

Recruit, train, and inspire a team of Inbound/outbound marketing reps.

Launch powerful call campaigns to generate quality leads FAST.

Push your team to hit call, appointment, and revenue targets daily.

Analyze numbers like a hawk — and drive decisions off them.

Work directly with upper management to shape future campaigns.

Foster a culture of accountability, competition, and winning.

You Need:

3+ years in outbound call center leadership (marketing/sales focus preferred).

Track record of hitting (and beating) high-volume goals.

Natural leadership instincts with a motivating, no-excuses mindset.

Excellent data tracking, CRM experience, and strategic campaign planning.
