Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls for the business

  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to the customer’s needs, being knowledgeable of services offered, and communicating clearly 

  • Complete necessary documentation for new customer leads and job referrals

  • Maintain constant and prompt communication with dispatch team regarding new and existing leads/jobs

  • Utilize industry specific systems/software/applications including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, and Drybook

  • Perform general office duties as necessary 

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily

  • Attentiveness to detail 

  • Multitasking and organizational skills

Hours

  • 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required

  • Vary between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Competitive pay based on experience

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
