Primary Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls for the business

Provide excellent customer service by listening to the customer’s needs, being knowledgeable of services offered, and communicating clearly

Complete necessary documentation for new customer leads and job referrals

Maintain constant and prompt communication with dispatch team regarding new and existing leads/jobs

Utilize industry specific systems/software/applications including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, and Drybook

Perform general office duties as necessary

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily

Attentiveness to detail

Multitasking and organizational skills

Hours

40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required

Vary between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience
