Job Description

Hall Automotive in Virginia Beach is part of fast-growing MileOne Autogroup and our growth has opened up positions for customer service specialists who are technologically savvy and can keep up with our fast pace. This is an in-office position based in our Virginia Beach Corporate office. Starting pay is $15/hour.

Summary:
As a Call Center Operator you will be responsible for assisting customers both via email and over the phone to determine their "true need". The Call Center Operator is responsible for answering customer inquiries and questions regarding the products and services MileOne produces or provides.

Essential Duties:
- Answer inbound calls and or emails to assist customers with particular inquiries or questions
- Provide individualized customer service of a high-standard, professional level
- Build the interest of customers in the products and services offered by MileOne
- Update the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customers or prospective customers
- Determine problems or issues in queries or complaints.

Qualifications:
- Able to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills; attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Goal-oriented attitude
- PC skills in a Windows based environment
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities and customer satisfaction.
