As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with information and assistance related to their real estate needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information about our services and assist clients with their real estate needs

- Schedule appointments for clients to view properties and follow up on appointments

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to company policies and procedures

- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or real estate education preferred

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
