Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing clients, providing information about our services, and assisting with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls from potential and existing clients and providing information about our services

Making outbound calls to follow up with potential clients and schedule appointments

Assisting clients with their inquiries and concerns, and providing solutions or directing them to the appropriate department

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions

Collaborating with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient follow-up on leads

Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and goals set by the company

Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven work experience as a Call Center Representative or in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
