CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Call Center Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week, at our busy real estate office in Jonesboro.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions about our services

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our database

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

- Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

- Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and techniques through training and feedback

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software programs

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required
