We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and assisting clients with their real estate needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and respond to incoming calls from clients, providing information about our services and properties

- Schedule appointments and showings for clients with our agents

- Follow up with potential clients and provide them with information about available properties

- Assist clients with inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have

- Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure all client needs are met

- Stay up-to-date on the real estate market and our company's services and offerings

- Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals set by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
