Job Description - CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Call Center Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in Jonesboro, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find their dream homes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team.

Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing clients. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries and provide them with information about our services. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide information about our services and assist clients with their inquiries

- Schedule appointments for clients with our real estate agents

- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions with clients

- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met

- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients

- Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction scores

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member for resolution

- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and suggest process improvements

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive and professional attitude

- Real estate knowledge is a plus
