CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Call Center Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

- Provide accurate information about our company, products, and services to customers

- Assist customers with placing orders, making payments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have

- Utilize computer systems to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues

- Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure their needs have been met

- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints

- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals

- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient customer service

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple screens

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
