Reliable Comfort is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. If you enjoy fast passed environments where you get to answer calls, communicate with customers, help solve concerns, and be the voice of our company would love to speak to you!

At Reliable Comfort we understand that a Call Center Representative is the first voice/interaction someone might have with our company. We are looking for someone that is excited to deliver hospitality, compassion, and enthusiasm about getting customers exactly what they need every time they call! Duties

• First point of contact for inbound customer calls.
• Making outbound calls, sending texts/emails as needed.
• Assisting in scheduling appointments through service titan.

• 2+ Years Call center customer service experience is preferred.

• Ensure our reputation for reliable service is maintained during all interactions with customers.

Experience:

• Call center Phone service: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
