Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their experience at Puttshack is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to customers

- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns

- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by proactively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions

- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and provide support when needed

- Stay up-to-date on all Puttshack products, services, and promotions in order to effectively assist customers

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends
