As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our services, and assist with any inquiries or concerns. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide accurate information about our services, promotions, and pricing

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and concerns

- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
