Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist customers with product or service information and answer questions about company policies and procedures
• Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members for resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations
