Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service? Ripco Credit Union is looking for a friendly, motivated, and member-focused Call Center Representative to join our team

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing support by phone and other digital communication channels. You'll help answer questions, offer solutions, and create positive experiences that reflect our commitment to an Attitude of Excellence.

What You'll Do

• Assist members with questions regarding accounts, products, and services
• Provide outstanding member service through phone and electronic communication
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Location: Any of our three locations Rhinelander WI, Eagle River WI, or Minocqua WI
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday coverage in Rhinelander

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and member service skills
