Job Summary

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to handle customer inquiries, make outbound calls to potential leads, and promote automobile products and services. The role involves following up with leads, providing information about service intervals and showroom locations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads regarding automobile products and services.


• Follow up with leads and encourage customers to purchase products or avail services.


• Provide customers with accurate information about available products, services, service intervals, and showroom locations.


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.


• Maintain proper records of customer calls, inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.


• Coordinate with sales, service, and other relevant teams to resolve customer queries.


• Assist customers in understanding automobile services and basic automobile parts.


• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and potential leads.


• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.


• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care, call center, telecalling, or a related field.


• Basic understanding of automobile parts and services.


• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
