Call Center Representative - Dynamic Team

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
• Following communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Meeting or exceeding performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
• Continuously learning and staying updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.



Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software and systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
