Job Description - Call Center Representative Extended Warranties

Asset Driven is an inbound call center and we are expanding our sales team. We offer Home and Auto Extended Warranties. Are you looking for a career where you have more control over your financial goals? We are looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales industry. THIS IS NOT REMOTE.

Responsibilities

Speaking with potential customers to explain extended warranty products and coverage options.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
We are collaborating with sales managers and other team members to provide seamless customer service experience.

What We Offer

Uncapped commission
1^st full year wages expected to be $60k-$80k.
Paid Training – being equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
Hourly pay $16.50 plus commission
Daily bonuses and sales performance incentives.
Enjoy Monday-Friday 9am-6pm schedule and every other Saturday, with NO SUNDAYS!

Requirements

Strong communication with interpersonal skills.
Energetic attitude
Desire to help others
Strong work ethic
Previous sales experience a plus
Must be able to be licensed in the State of Missouri (at no cost to you)
