Status: Full-Time
Shift: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Convert inbound and outbound calls into qualified sales appointments


• Be the ‘Voice of the Company’ with exceptional communication and customer service


• Schedule appointments and input important homeowner information


• Work with cutting-edge software and tools to meet and exceed targets


• Ensure each call is handled with professionalism and care, following company protocols


• Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills and knowledge

Compensation:

💵 $17.00/hour + Bonuses – Your earning potential is unlimited!

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• 2+ years of prior call center or inside sales experience (preferred)


• Exceptional communication, active listening, and customer service skills


• Strong proficiency with computers, CRM software, and typing skills


• Positive attitude and professional demeanor


• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
