Job Description - Call Center Representative - Medical Clinic

2 FULL-TIME MEDICAL CALL CENTER AGENTS NEEDED

MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 8:00AM - 500PM AND FRIDAY 8:00AM - 3:00 PM
MEDICAL BENEFITS OFFERED ON DAY ONE OF EMPLOYMENT
401K
PAID TIME OFF
BLACK SCRUBS TO BE WORN DAILY
HOLIDAY PAY

ONLY EXPERIENCED MEDICAL AGENTS NEED TO APPLY

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School graduate or equivalent
At least 3 years work history as a call center agent or relevant experience
Able to pass basic background check for criminal history, drug screening & OIG exclusions

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing exceptional customer support to our patients with every phone call
Able to multi-task – Call Center Agents work in 2-3 computer programs at a time.
Escalating disgruntled patient calls to the appropriate management team to handle in a timely manner.
Typing professional and detailed messages to send to the clinical team in EMR
Schedule appointments for patients and ensuring demographic information is obtained and correct in the EMR system.
Building and maintaining relationships with our other locations, patients and referral sources.

OTHER BASIC SKILLS

Knowledge of working with a multi-line phone system, strong typing skills, medical terminology experience, and EMR knowledge preferred
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Ability to work independently when required / appropriate

This position is a sitting position. No heavy lifting or standing
