Elle Seller is looking for a responsible Call Center Representative to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and resolve any outstanding issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with customers
• Input and update customer information in the company database
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through various software applications
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Salary: 

$950 - $1250 /week
